- Paper in a session (only Long paper sessions (LP)

A conventional format session of related 20 minute papers with 5 minute question time.

- Poster in a session

Posters will be presented in the main Conference space (Gallery of the university, ground floor).

A poster example is on the page Tools & Utilities

The format must be A0 : 84 x 118 cm (or near to it)

The CAA 2014 logo must be present at the top. Your institutionnal logo will be displayed at the bottom (see the example).

Some sessions have organised a short presentation of posters (Poster session), with one or two sildes (5mn).

- participation to a Roundtable

A panel addressing a specific topic or issue, coordinated by one or more individuals. Presentations of the speakers will normally be followed by a discussant and general discussion.

- participation to a Workshop:

The conference will include a number of half and full day pre-conference workshops. Workshops will generally include practical work or other active participation of attendees above a technical subject with implementation of software and specific tools.
